Eyal received his Master's Degree in Public Policy in the program for outstanding students at Hebrew University, including a thesis on privatization of national infrastructure companies, advised by Professors Sheshinski and Salamon. Eyal holds a LL.B Law from Tel Aviv University and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1994.

Yuval is experienced at negotiating and closing contracts with prestigious clients, based on versatile knowledge especially in Real Estate and Industrial companies both from Israel and the US.
Yuval holds a LL.B Law from the Interdisciplinary Center in Hertzliya and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2003.
After several years in strategic consulting, Edo has brought his knowledge in business forecasting and market analysis and developed a unique modeling approach to corporate finance. This approach has now been tested in dozens of transactions successfully.
Edo holds a dual Master's Degree in Economics and Finance from Bar Ilan University and in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University, as well as a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University.
